My name is Laura Sparrow and I am qualified a Vitali-Chi relax leader & Vitali-Chi practitioner therapist & trained in Usui Reiki (Learn more) Level one and Level two.

In 2017 I decided to start going to a Vitali-Chi Relax group local to me. It was that which had really assisted me get my life back on track & essentially made me decide to train as a Vitali-Chi relax leader.

Having crippling tennis elbow & impending intrusive surgery, I decided upon learning about Vitali-Chi, to have a Vitali-chi boost treatment. This decision proved to be the most positive I could have made, for both myself & my family.

I was able to cancel my surgery that had been booked & my surgeon was astounded. I promptly decided that I wanted to train in this wonderful therapy & haven’t looked back since!

My aim is to assist in physical, emotional & mental wellbeing (having benefitted myself), but to also make the treatments relaxing & fulfilling.
